Beneficial Life Insurance SA Cameroon, launches Career Orientation and Mentor ship Program for kids.
Beneficial Life Insurance on Saturday, June 22nd launched a Career formation or mentor-ship program for kids. The event took place at Paroisse Dominique Savio, Douala and started at exactly 10 am. The Kids participating in this program,were 100-150 in number and between 15-18 years and also part of Beneficial’s Children Education plan.
Mentors from different works of life were contacted to be speakers at this ceremony.
A workshop was organised with the kids as well. This workshop enabled the staff of Beneficial to assign the kids to various mentors. The progress of the kids will be monitored over time by the company. Gift prizes were awarded to the participants to close the event. Beneficial came up with this program because it didn’t want to end at sponsoring these kids. It wanted to go an extra mile in ensuring that they choose the right career and end up successful in the future.
Beneficial Children Education Plan
This branch of Beneficial Life Insurance was created to enable continuity in education of registered kids upon death or invalidity of parents. Every year from the time the Child starts benefiting from this program, 12% of the capital is given to the child. At the end of the program, the capital is given as settlement to the child. Also Beneficial has created partnerships with major bookshops in different towns. This partnership enables registered parents to benefit from reductions when sending their kids back to school.
Now below are the reasons why we think you should register your children under this plan;
- This plan is very beneficial to every Cameroonian because it helps assure the future of your children.
- It is accountable as records are well handled and your child is sure to receive this aid when need arises.
- They do not only sponsor the child through school but go further to orientate them.
- Mentors are also assigned to guide these kids whether or not they have started benefiting from the plan.
Beneficial life Insurance known in the past as ALICO is a branch of AIG. It was created in 1974 by Allen Roosevelt Brant. He noticed that a lot of kids could not continue their education after their parents passed away or could longer cater to their needs. So he came up with the Children Education Plan which till date has benefited thousands of kids round Cameroon. We hope after reading this you would rush to the Beneficial life office closest to you and register your kid (s).
