I’m Human Org a local NGO initiates a Crisis Response Education Project helping over 800+ internally displaced persons – IDPs, women, children and orphans in Cameroon.

Founded on strong values of humanity and love, I’m Human Org is fueled by a motto – “looking out for each other“. Denial of the susceptibility of this target audience as per this project will be far fetched. Birthed with the desire to create awareness within this audience on the global situation and the necessary preventive measures, this response project was launched on March 31st, 2020 and was rolled out in the city of Douala for a period of four weeks.

I’m Human Org‘s project was directed towards IDPs who have fled civil unrest in different parts of the country and are living in cluster communities and remote areas in the littoral region in Douala such as Bonabome, Ngwelle and Dakar to name a few, with bare access to running water.

With the volatile state of education and technology advancement in Cameroon, the COVID-19 pandemic has widened the literacy gap. The organisation, however, was quick to identify this gap given the inaccessibility to schools during this period.

The former has been supporting children in over 4 orphanage homes in Douala via sensitization ateliers with teaching aids like animated videos, activity and tech education books, charts and games.

Beyond just being a COVID-19 Response project, these measures are helping communities already struggling with health battles such as cholera, diarrhoea, typhoid, etc.

Ever heard of Juddah? Discover him in this new single titled “Moan Eton”

In this new single moan eton, inspired by the ongoing socio-political crisis in Cameroon, Juddah seeks to eliminate the mental barriers of colonization that lead us to call ourselves francophone or anglophone. To him francophone or anglophone should not be a thing.

“Our diversity should be our strength” Juddah preaches. He would like every Cameroonian to feel proud to speak his mother tongue and feel the need to teach his offspring his culture at the risk of seeing this heritage disappear.

Moan Eton transports you to deep Cameroon. A mixture of French, English and Eton to encourage each other to be either and use their talent to protect our cultural heritage.

I am Eton and Cameroonian and not Francophone and Cameroonian.

Juddah

Judah is not only a rapper but a painter, poet, philosopher as well. He is a multidisciplinary artist who for more than 10 years has lowkey carried his poet’s pen, his paintbrushes and his logic as a free thinker. Behind the scene, Juddah is a well-known figure of the hip hop scene in Cameroon.

LILM – Rastaman (Official video)

Belgium-based artist LILM entrusts the production of his single to the Cameroonian label FKI PROD

Belgium-based artist LILM entrusts the production of his single to the Cameroonian label FKI PROD.

A foreign act entrusting the totality of his project to an African entity is a phenomenon that is rarely seen on the Cameroonian music scene. LILM trusts FKI Prod, a Cameroonian label and entrusts him with the production of sound and video of his first single RASTAMAN.

Born in Cameroon about a year ago, FKI Prod aims to immerse and impose its presence in showbiz. Its primary role is to provide more quality content so as to enable Cameroon to gain remarkable recognition on an international scale.

In the single rastaman, LILM plays the role of a first-class Glander who spends his days smoking joints, who has never worked but has money of which the source is unknown. He comes off as a megalomaniac narcissist.

However, LILM deep down seeks to find love, get out of his neighbourhood and lead a stable life only, all in all, become a better person. In his opinion, he needs a self-respecting girl to achieve all of this. Unfortunately, he seems to only have access to the ones he can easily have in his bed.

Enjoy this single and do not hesitate to leave your comments.
